The Manteno lobby is open to the public with all the proper safety & sanitation procedures set in place -- we also recommend wearing a mask upon entering. Although the St. Anne lobby will remain closed, our hours are still the same and our staff will be continuing business via the drive thru. If you need to come inside to speak with a customer service representative or loan officer, simply send an email to your desired party or call the St. Anne branch at (815) 427-8154 to make an appointment so we can accommodate for you!
We are excited to open our doors at Manteno and look forward to seeing all of you! Our St. Anne lobby will open to the public soon, so make sure to check our Facebook and website for announcements. Meanwhile, we will work hard on creating innovative ways to make contactless banking easier.

We as a bank have learned a lot over the past 75 years, and we have built some strong beliefs with that experience. We believe that in today's ever-changing banking environment, personal relationships are the key to our customers success. Within that belief, it is our mission to ensure that every customer receives the best possible service & experience.
We've made a few updates to our app and are excited to share them with you! So far, we have added a fingerprint sign on, which makes logging in faster and more secure! We've also added a password reset and forgot username button on the sign in page, as well as a text authentication code that sends your cell phone a text if you log in to the app on a new device. Lastly, customers can now make external transfers online and from the app, and for our customers who use bill pay, you can now add and manage your bill pay payee's right from our app!
